These Terms of Service govern your use of the DO mobile app for Development Officers, published by PadosiAgent. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DO helps Development Officers organise their agency work: agent records, recruitment, production tracking, reminders, contests, and daily action plans. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features require a valid organisational branch code and an internet connection.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, impersonation, scraping of recruitment data, or any other abuse. Administrators may restrict access according to their internal rules.
You agree not to: • Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. • Attempt to access another officer's data, reverse-engineer the service, or bypass security controls. • Use recruitment materials, candidate data, or marketing assets except as allowed for your official work. • Overwhelm the service with automated traffic. Recruitment candidate details and marketing creatives are confidential work tools. Do not screenshot, copy, or share them outside authorised use.
You retain rights to the business information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and back up that information solely to operate and improve the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Reminders, follow-up alerts, and optional location only work if you grant the related device permissions. You can change permissions at any time in system settings.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We may require you to install an update to keep using the app.
The app is provided on an "as is" basis for operational convenience. It is not legal, tax, or insurance advice. Production figures, categories, and plans depend on the data you enter. We are not liable for lost business, inaccurate follow-ups, or decisions you make based on the app, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
You may delete your account from Settings → Account Settings. Deletion removes your sign-in and the work data stored for you in the app, subject to short-lived backups and any legal retention duty.
