DO is a field-work app for Development Officers. It helps you manage your agency team, follow-ups, recruitment, production, reminders, and daily action plans. This Privacy Policy applies only to the DO mobile application published by PadosiAgent (package com.padosiagent.doapp). It does not apply to other PadosiAgent websites or products unless those pages say so.
We collect only what the app needs to run your work: • Account details: name, email, mobile number, branch code, office type, address, pincode, and optional profile photo. • Agent and candidate records you save: names, phone numbers, categories, notes, licence numbers, dates, and follow-up history. • Business records: policies, premiums, monthly production, targets, contests, and activity logs (meetings and field visits). • Reminders and notifications you create. • Optional location, only when you check in a meeting or field visit. • Contacts, only when you choose to import an agent from your phone book. • Camera or gallery images when you set a profile photo or attach a screenshot to feedback. • Device identifiers used to keep your session on one device and to deliver push notifications. • Diagnostics: crash reports, performance traces, and anonymous usage analytics so we can fix bugs and keep the app stable.
We use this information to: • Create and secure your Development Officer account. • Show your agents, recruitment pipeline, production, reminders, and today's action plan. • Send reminders, follow-up alerts, and important service notifications. • Improve reliability, detect abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your agent or production data for third-party advertising.
We share data only with processors who help us operate the app: • Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, App Check, Remote Config) to store and protect your account and app data. • Cloudinary to host profile photos and feedback images that you upload. • Google Sheets, only for operational backups of records you create in the app. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect users, our service, or the public from fraud or security threats. Administrators of your organisation may see records needed to support, audit, or moderate the service.
The app asks for permissions only when a feature needs them: • Contacts — import an agent you already have in your phone book. • Camera and photos — profile picture or feedback screenshot. • Location — stamp a meeting or field visit when you tap check-in. • Notifications — reminders and follow-up alerts. • Exact alarms — fire a reminder at the time you chose. You can refuse or later revoke a permission in system settings. Related features will then be unavailable.
We keep your account and the records you create for as long as the account is active. If you delete your account in Settings → Account Settings, we delete or anonymise your profile, agents, reminders, activities, and related work data that the app stores for you. Some copies may remain for a short period in encrypted backups, crash logs, or where the law requires us to keep them. You can also email support@padosiagent.com to request deletion.
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication, access rules so one Development Officer cannot read another officer's private records, and App Check to reduce abuse. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please choose a strong password and do not share your login.
DO is built for working Development Officers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may access and update profile details in the app, export or copy information you entered, and delete your account. For other requests, contact support@padosiagent.com or 9898555837.
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of DO after an update means you accept the revised policy.
